Our Career Services team provides assistance to our students in the areas of career advising, preparation and planning. Your success is important to us, so our team is readily available to assist you with your individual career planning needs.
We understand your goals of beginning your career after graduation and finding employment in the field for which you have prepared. Although we cannot guarantee employment following graduation, we are here to help you achieve your goals and will be with you every step of the way. Certainly, even after graduation, our services are always available to our alumni.

Beckfield College’s Florence, Kentucky campus serving Greater Cincinnati offers students the opportunity to participate in individual recruitment events and exposure to national and local companies. These opportunities allow Beckfield College students to connect with prospective employers for externships and full-time positions.
Dr. Erica Okere – Dean of Career Services
My name is Dr. Erica Okere. I enjoy traveling to West Africa, the Caribbean, UAE & Europe. I especially enjoy getting to know other cultures, shopping, spending time with family, attending networking events, and business consulting with individuals within my community. 
My educational background includes a BS in Business Organizational Management, a Post-bachelor certificate in Paralegal, MBA, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business.
I have over 20 + years of working in business development and training, Mortgage/Banking, small business development, and higher education. I enjoy teaching and inspiring others. I believe in each one of you and care about your success. Please do not hesitate to contact me and keep the communication open! I am looking forward to seeing all of you soon!
